I can hardly believe that the Olympics are almost over and the school year begins here in ten days. I’ve been taking inventory of the kids’ closets and school supplies and am making mental checklists. I’m thinking about things like sack lunches and after school snacks. I love the first day of school – the anticipation, the newness, the routine.

This recipe is a fantastic and absurdly easy after school treat. Cut up some fresh fruit – strawberries, bananas, and apples are the first that come to mind (and perhaps some crackers like graham or Ritz or even pretzels… I’m getting more inspiration as I type!) – and serve them alongside this yummy, cold, chocolatey dip. The yogurt and Nutella together almost have a pudding-like texture. It tastes much more indulgent than it really is.

This mixes up in no time and the kids will devour it. Or perhaps you’d rather just hide in the closet with this dip and keep it from the kids? I wouldn’t blame you. This would also be terrific to take to a get-together or party. There are tons of options for this easy dip. It’s sure to become a favorite.
