Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (185 ml) canned light coconut milk
- 3/4 cup (4.5 oz/125 g) cubed pineapple, frozen
- 1/2 medium banana, peeled, chopped into 2 pieces, and frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 fresh cherry, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving glass and top with the cherry if desired; serve.
