Surprisingly salty and spicy, these Chile Lime Watermelon Wedges with Cilantro will disappear quickly at any summer gathering.
Yields: 12 wedges, serves 4-6
Rub the top side of each watermelon wedge with a slice of lime, squeezing the lime gently as you go. Season the top of each watermelon wedge generously with Tajin seasoning, to taste. Sprinkle cilantro over all the wedges. Place the watermelon wedges on a serving platter and serve promptly or refrigerate until ready to serve.
